I'm a qualified Mental Health Practitioner, Counsellor, and Psychologist with extensive academic training, but my real work happens beyond the textbooks. I choose a non-clinical, human approach — one built on honesty, curiosity, and genuine connection. Together, we create a space where growth feels natural and freedom feels possible.

My approach combines the depth of psychology with a human, intuitive connection that transcends traditional frameworks. I draw on counselling, evidence-based practice, and, where relevant, Human Design insights — not as labels, but as tools to help you reconnect with your natural rhythm and expand self-awareness.

I believe most psychological and relationship challenges arise when we abandon who we truly are in the pursuit of being normal. Healing begins the moment we stop performing and start listening — to ourselves, our truth, and our inner authority.

Through this process, you'll cultivate deeper consciousness, heightened self-awareness, and the capacity to unlock your true potential.

What is Untherapy?

When we're born, we're like unique flowers — each with our own colour, shape, and rhythm of growth. In an ideal world, surrounded by care, understanding, and freedom, we would naturally grow into our full potential — living lives that feel aligned, peaceful, and deeply fulfilling.

But most of us weren't raised in that kind of world.
Instead of being nurtured, we were shaped. Parents, teachers, friends, and lovers all tried to paint our petals a different colour, to bend our stems in directions that pleased them. Over time, we learned to hide our true nature — to fit in, to please, to survive. And no matter how hard we've tried to "fix" ourselves, something always feels off.

Untherapy is the practice of uncovering your real self and removing everything unnatural that was never truly yours.

It's not about fixing or improving yourself — it's about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, the expectations, and the need to be "normal."

As you peel back these layers, something shifts. You begin to feel aligned again — with life, with purpose, with yourself.
From that place, the right people, opportunities, and experiences naturally gravitate toward you.
